• Thursday, September 4th from 5:30 to 7:30pm in the Community Center across from Canada Games Pool in New Westminster
• Friday, September 5th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at City Center Aquatic Complex (CCAC) in Coquitlam

Please come out to one of the days and locations to register your child for the new season. If you can't make one of these days, then give us a call to arrange a time after one of your child's initial practices to complete the registration. Feel free to call our office or send us an email with any questions you may have about our team or the registration process. If you are interested to become a member of Hyack Swim Club you can register in person at:

• Canada Games Pool, New Westminster
• City Centre Aquatic Centre, Coquitlam

Please contact our office to arrange for a Hyack representative to assist you with the registration process. This will likely be a coach either before or after your child's practice.

The following items need to be completed when registering:

• Family Registration form
• Athlete Registration form completed
• Medical form for each swimmer
• Code of Ethics forms for each swimmer - Signed by parent and Swimmer (Provincial Group and above)
• 1 Start-up fee cheque (Family Registration Fee, Swim BC fees, Cash Calendars, 1st Month Training)
• 10 additional Monthly cheques
• Uniform/ Equipment order forms
• Volunteer sign-up sheet

• Fundraising information
• Club & Policy guidelines
• Group description
• Proposed Meet schedule (for Provincial to Senior National groups only)

You may still mail your pre-registration packages to the office to avoid any lineups. However, you can drop by one of the days listed as well.

1st Day of Practices will start Monday, September 8, at Eagle Ridge Pool.

CCAC swimmers will follow their regular weekday PM schedule for September. Any groups with morning practices scheduled may have a modified schedule for September.

CGP swimmers from Provincial & down will follow the CCAC swimmers' schedule for September.
