SecurDVR's online access tool, or Client, is a software program that runs on a Microsoft Windows-based PC. The online access tool communicates with the SecurDVR machines over the Internet or network. Through this connection, you can access SecurDVR as if you were an on-site user and work in Display mode to monitor camera activity, and Search mode to search for stored images while recording continues.

Note: Setup mode is only available on the SecurDVR machine and not through the online access tool. Therefore, if you need to perform setup tasks, you will need to access the on-site SecurDVR machines.
