- Live technical support from 6am to 6pm PST Monday to Friday.
- Call back service with 30 minute response time from 6:00pm to 6:00am PST Monday to Friday and on weekends.
- Dedicated support mailbox support@merlintechnologies.com with email response within 60 minutes during business hours,
or by 8:00am PST the next business day for emails received outside of business hours.
